Hi 2kaye18, allow me to provide some pointers on the Cash Back and Poker at
Gambling City:
To be eligible to claim a refund:1) You must be a registered Cash Back member on Gambling City.
2) You must be registered at the casino or sportsbook through a link on Gambling City for us to receive commission in order to pay your refund.
3) Refunds must be claimed before the 21st of the following month. For example, for your play in March, you must claim any refund before the end of the 20th of April Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).
4) The Cash Back you can claim is calculated on your net losses at each specific casino
Withdrawing Cash Back:1) The minimum you can withdraw is USD/GBP/EUR/CAD/AUD 50. SEK minimum is 500. BTC minimum is 0.004.
2) Only one withdrawal per currency per month.
3) Withdrawals allowed only in multiples of 50. With exception of BTC.
4) Withdrawal requests will be rounded down to a multiple of 50. With exception of BTC.
Poker withdrawals:* 5 Card Draw Poker Winnings are shown converted into all currencies, it is based on your Poker Cash Balance in USD.

* Poker Winnings in excess of USD 5.00 can be withdrawn.
* The maximum withdraw of Poker Winnings is USD 25.00 per month.
* Poker Winnings withdrawal can not exceed your Cashback withdrawal.
