Hi angelakillian, this is really sad to hear. May I ask that you submit a Gambling Grumbles report and allow them to investigate this for you. Here is the link - Gambling Grumbles

Please let me know if you managed or need any further assistance.

Sorry to hear that you've been having issues with withdrawing your winnings from the casino. It's frustrating when things like this happen, especially when you've already provided your documents and waited for a long time.

Have you tried contacting the casino's customer support again and explaining the situation? They should be able to assist you in locating the missing funds and resolving the issue. If you haven't already, consider sending them a detailed email or message with all the relevant information, including your account number, the amount you won, and any correspondence you've had with them previously.

I feel for you, that's a concerning situation. Casinos should ensure transparent and efficient transactions. Keep pressing for answers and documentation. If they persistently refuse to investigate, consider seeking legal advice or reporting the issue to relevant authorities to protect your rights as a player.

Oh man, that's such a bummer! Dealing with casinos can be a real rollercoaster, huh? It sounds like you've been caught up in a crazy loop with all those documents and withdrawal drama. I feel you, 5 months is a looong time to wait.
I'm not a casino expert, but have you tried reaching out to any consumer protection agencies or maybe even getting in touch with a legal advisor? It's always good to have some extra eyes on these situations.
On a lighter note, have you ever tried any legal casinos in Singapore? I've heard they've got some cool spots there. Might be a good change of pace from the casino rollercoaster you're currently on!
