Hello any advice. I'm in the UK and been a member of Vernons for well over a decade. I've given them a lot of money and they have done some seriously dodgy things. For example I was complaining over me not getting bonuses like I had for years. Then I got an email off a disgruntled member of staff telling me that if I didn't like it to go and get lost and leave the casino! After that the member of staff hid my emails for months. I got really fed up, and then it occurred to me send an email off a different email address. Sure enough the member of staff who had never left their name coward had been keeping my emails. Since then I got some money as compensation and a sorry. It was great for a while. I go on I know but then I have asked to be put back on the mailing list for years. I don't get the weekly deposit bonus or anything anymore. Instead of them just telling me oh we don't do that anymore they just ignored it. Then they said in countless emails they'd put me back on the list but still to this day I don't get any promotional emails. Then it started again this one called Elenor after me complaining about the mailing list actually stopped me using my debit card to deposit! The cheek. When I went mental about it they re-instated my card. The important bit of this is they used the "IF THE FUN STOPS STOP" as an excuse. Saying as I was distressed they were stopping my playing. I got this re-instated. That week however whatever they'd done I had trouble using my card on other sites. Then my card got hacked. I luckily got onto it as did my banks anti fraud software, and stopped it before they cleaned me out. So I wrote to them and warned all the sites I use my card on. That's when VIDEOSLOTS used that as an excuse to close my account. So when I wrote to Vernons for an explanation why they'd stopped my debit card and asked for some free bonuses to make amends a whole new fight started. Since then I've been ignored. Then I got angry and told them about the fraud that happens in the Philippines and did it have anything to do with my card getting hacked and people using my money. So this new supervisor called Louise did the very thing that made me angry in the first place!! Stopped me using my debit card on the site. I know they want rid of me, even though I've been loyal to them for years (that's because Vernons used to employ hundreds of people where I lived when they ran the Football pools in the UK). I refuse to just leave and let this go because I've spent thousands on the site, and won very little back. Any ideas what I can do next? I know this is USA based but I was just hoping someone could help me.

Hey sideshowSuzy,

I think there are more points that needs touched after reading your post. So, I'll try to tackle these in a random order:

-Vernons never been a great choice to play at. If you check Gambling Grumbles, you'll find out that Vernons have 3 reports in the last 2 years, all for big money and in only one case it did end up paying the player, after 8 months of keeping him waiting

-it is true that no casino is obliged to give you any type of bonuses (especially free ones), no matter how much did you lost at the casino previously along the time. For sure, you can ask to get some, but don't really expect to get any

-both Vernons and Videoslots proceeded correctly in regards to your hacked card! If it was hacked, then it means it was compromised. So when they heard that news, they've set your card to be auto-rejected on their systems (this is what a business must do in such cases). Surely if you are going to use a different card, that will be accepted

-if you really want to hang around there just because over the span of the last 10 years you lost thousands on their site and got very little back, that implies to me that you want to keep playing (depositing?) there more just in hopes to recoup (at least a significant part) of your last 10 years loses over there! Am I correct until here? -- If yes, then I suggest complete some gambling addiction tests and see if you really do have a gambling problem or not. -- The thing is: you NEVER have to play to recoup your monetary loses! Whatever you play must be meant for entertainment only (for some people this can consist in fun mode only which never require cash deposits in order to play). And be always sure that whatever you deposit are nothing more than spare money which won't affect you in any way if you no longer have
