As you know if you download tonybet app you get free bonus on netent mobile only casino roulette.
I did this and spent almost a day playing through the 35x required..but nothing seemed to be converting to cash balance..I got up and down from £600 to £400 goodness knows how many times averaging around £12 per bet.
When I saw no cash balance, which should have happened, due to my long play through I checked transatmctions tab and to my horror ethers was no rollover showing.At that point the balance was showing around £425 which I think should have been cash or even more perhaps due to my winning.
I contacted tonybet and this is what the emailed me which I think is a very poor amount to compensate me with and surely they must know some where in there high powered computer system what my play through was .

I suggest that you submit a formal complaint to Gambling Grumbles. You do that by going to www.gamblinggrumbles.com and clicking on the box which says "Submit a Gambling Grumble". You will be brought to a form which asks several questions. Be certain to answer all of them, In your particular case, add how much of the playthrough do you think you finished.
