Hi Roxann, here is a list of the basic rules for Gambling City's 5 Card Draw Poker withdrawals. I hope this helps!
Poker winnings may only be withdrawn as part of a Cash Back withdrawal
To withdraw poker winnings, make a withdrawal for your Cashback balance as you normally would, then select to 'Add Poker Winnings' on the next Popup after you click 'Withdraw.'
* If you are withdrawing BTC the minimum you may request is BTC 0.06.
The minimum withdrawal of Poker Winnings not in BTC is USD 5.00 or currency equivalent
* The maximum withdraw of Poker Winnings is USD 25.00 or currency equivalent per month
* The Poker Winnings withdrawal can not exceed your Cashback withdrawal
* Once you make a withdrawal in any currency and select to add your Poker Winnings, all the converted values for each currency will decrease by the amount withdrawn
