I don't know how it happened, but I went from my lap top and tried to log in on my main PC, and it did not recognize me, so somehow... I lost my portal acct. and all of my LC's... What happened?

Hi Phantom Switching computers shouldn't cause a problem. But you do need to login with your first name and email address in order to set the cookie on the other computer. Perhaps you have used an email address which is different to that you used to register. Please try alternative addresses or email Support for the correct address.
